Preparation

• Ensure walls are clean, dry, and smooth.
• Lightly sand painted surfaces to improve adhesion.
• Remove any old wallpaper and fill cracks or holes.
• Prime flaky or absorbent areas with a suitable wall sealer or oil-based primer and allow to dry fully.

Adhesive

• Use a high-quality Paste the Wall adhesive that includes a fungicide.
• Avoid getting paste on the printed surface. If needed, gently wipe with a clean sponge dampened with water (no soap or cleaning products).

Application

• Measure and cut lengths allowing for pattern matching and trimming.
• Use a roller to apply adhesive directly to the wall, covering slightly more than the width of each panel.
• Start with a plumb line and hang the first panel carefully.
• Smooth from the centre outward using a wallpaper brush to remove bubbles.
• After hanging 3–4 panels, check for consistency in colour and pattern.
• Maintain good ventilation and a stable room temperature while drying.

Care & Cleaning

• Lightly dab surface marks with a moist sponge.
• Do not scrub or use abrasive or chemical cleaners.

Returns: For standard products ordered online, please tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Please contact us before returning an order.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. For eligible cancellations, we refund the goods and the cost of our standard outbound delivery. Custom or personalised products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights.
